These General Conditions of Sale define the contractual relations with our customers.
Any order placed via the Internet implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. If a condition were to be missing, it would be considered to have been governed by the practices in force in the sales sector.
The general conditions of sale may be adapted or modified at any time. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.

Article 3: Order
The customer places his order according to the process in force on the site. Clicking on “Add to cart” results in acceptance of the prices, volumes and quantities of the products placed in the cart.
The customer is required to provide all information necessary for delivery: Name, address, access code, floor, telephone number.
The information recorded is considered as proof of transactions concluded between the company and its customers. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Article 4: Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in EUR.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.


Article 5: Product availability
Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, offers are valid subject to availability.
When an order is placed on the site www.nunamae.com, we undertake to check the availability of the product(s) ordered and to keep you informed.
In the event of unavailability or a delay of more than 30 days, we may offer you a similar product or not validate your transaction.

 
Article 6: Withdrawal period
All items can be exchanged or refunded within legal and contractual deadlines except for products which are no longer likely to be marketed after a possible return.

If the customer uses this right of withdrawal in exceptional cases , the customer may return the product to the address mentioned in article 2. The company is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer for the returned goods. , but not the delivery amount. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund is due within 5 weeks from the day our company receives your product return package. In the event of an exchange request, you are asked to indicate the reason, so that it can be analyzed (See article 14).
 
Article 7: Delivery

For home deliveries, a person must be present during the day at the delivery location (with identification), otherwise the costs of the new delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery is made either by direct delivery of the product to the buyer, or by simple notice of availability.
Delivery times are indicated for informational purposes only and cannot give rise, on the part of the buyer, to the cancellation of the order or to a request for damages in the event of delay due to any event. If in doubt, the customer can inquire before placing the order with the company.
In the case of delivery by a carrier, or any authorized person, it is up to the customer to check the contents of the packages received. The customer will take the time necessary for verification purposes at the time of delivery. The recipient must mention any anomaly on the delivery slip. Upon delivery, he must check the packages in detail, both inside (package contents) and the exterior appearance (damaged cardboard).
The products travel at the risk of the buyer who is responsible, in the event of damage or missing items, for making any necessary findings and confirming his reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to www.nunamae.com within three days following receipt of the items.
The customer acknowledges that the company may make partial deliveries in the event of stock shortages on certain references.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the order unless a significant rectification of the prices was due to a variation in price. one of our suppliers in which case we may cancel said order without compensation.
The products are shipped at the normal rate, generally a delivery time of 6/8 working days from the time the package is sent. The package is sent within 3 working days, following confirmation of the order.


We ask for your telephone number when ordering so that we can quickly contact you in the event of a delivery or order problem.

Article 8: Payment

The principle of payment on a website consists of taking advantage of a commercial offer and in return paying for your order in advance by credit card.
The company warns customers that payments by bank card are subject to special attention. As such, payment by credit card is redirected to a secure system, no credit card number is stored in our systems.

The customer has, at any time, a right of access, rectification, and opposition to all of his personal data by writing and providing proof of his identity to the correspondence address indicated in article 2 above.
3D Secure is a secure Internet payment protocol developed by Visa to increase the level of security of e-transactions, then adopted by Mastercard. Article 9: Guarantee
Any warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, negligence or defect on the part of the Customer.
 
Article 10: Failure to pay
In the event that the company cannot obtain payment of its invoice (unpaid, account blocked, etc.) all costs generated for recovery of payment will be the responsibility of the customer (late payment interest, legal costs , etc.). Late payment interest is calculated at the base bank rate plus six points.

Article 11: Reservation of ownership

The company expressly reserves ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of their price in principal and interest. In the absence of full payment of the price of the products in principal and interest, the company may, at any time, take the products back from the customer. The delivery of a document creating an obligation to pay (draft or other) does not constitute payment, within the meaning of this clause. The above provisions do not prevent, from delivery or transfer to the buyer, the risks of loss or deterioration of the goods as well as the damage that they could cause. The material is sold with reservation of title. The company reserves the right to take back the equipment and terminate the sales contract in the event that payment is not made in full.

On request, the customer has the right to consult, modify, rectify and delete the data he has communicated. He has a right of access, rectification and deletion of his data and opposition to their processing. Article 14: Disclaimer
Our rugs are handmade, and therefore the measurements may be different from those advertised on our products, the difference may be in a few centimeters. We do not accept returns for this reason.

Each rug is unique, and the color may vary slightly from the photos on the site, as these are rugs made from scraps. For this reason we do not do returns, but you can make an exchange.

We recommend washing cold and not tumble drying.
