//ROASTED TOMATO, CARAMELIZED ONION & BURRATTA TOAST//
ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES
2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 cloves of garlic Salt & pepper Thyme - Place all the ingredients in a dish and bake at 210 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
CARAMELIZED ONIONS
1 large onion 10g unsalted butter 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar - Heat the oil and butter over medium heat - When the mixture foams, add the onions, fry until they become soft. - Pour in the honey and balsamic vinegar and cook until golden brown, then set aside.
TOAST
2 slices of a large country bread Olive oil 1 burrata Fresh basil leaves - Brush each side of the toast with olive oil - Cook them on each side until they are nicely browned - Place the toasts on plates - Slice the burrata in two, spread them on each toast, add the caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes, a few basil leaves, a little salt and tomato oil.
